| 内容記述 | The mayor claims of problems in the adult guardianship system by the A prefectural Social welfare society has obtained are as follows. 1. It is suggested that administrative agencies are more likely to not use the assertion system unless human rights abuses exist under certain circumstances. It is necessary to develop information gathering and decision making process based on the same grounds as already existing "Care Abuse Manual". 2. Confirmation to relatives There is a discrepancy in the use of the system between officials (social workers) and management staff of the Regional Integrated Support Center. 3. If experts and administrative agencies are already involved, even if there is doubt about abuse, if you can continuously confirm your survival situation, it may be limited to follow-up observation. 4. It is necessary to prepare the decision support procedure and prepare the cost burden of measures. |
