Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"学校が児童虐待対応において連携を図ることが多い市区町村及び児童相談所の職員と養護教諭が連携をした内容と要保護児童対策協議会の個別ケース会議への養護教諭の参加状況等を明らかにし，今後，校外関係機関やその専門職と学校の連携・協働を推進するための養護教諭の役割を検討することを目的として自記式質問紙調査を実施した．回答は無記名とし，対象者への調査票の配布及び回収は郵送とした. 結果，以下について明らかになった.\n1．児童虐待対応において市区町村及び児童相談所の職員が養護教諭と連携した内容は，【養護教諭に被虐待児のケアや支援を依頼する】，【子どもや家庭に関する情報を共有する】，【通告のあったケースの子どもの安全確認の協力を依頼する】，【対応方針や役割分担について協議する】，【保護者や関係機関等との連絡や調整を依頼する】，【子どもとの面接の同席や家庭訪問の同行を依頼する】，【虐待を発見した養護教諭から通告を受ける】の７つのカテゴリーが抽出された．\n2．要保護児童対策協議会（個別ケース会議の開催）の実施状況及び養護教諭の参加状況については，担当したすべての虐待事例について個別ケース会議が開催されたとの回答が61人（59.8％）と一番多く，続いて開催された事例もある38人（37.3％），開催されなかったとの回答はわずか3人（2.9％）であった．
