Welfare","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"目的:産後1ヵ月から12ヵ月の，母親が抱いている産褥育児肯定感と月齢別育児行動への苦痛の実態とその関連性について明らかにする．方法:A産科クリニックを退院した母親に対して，産褥育児肯定感尺度の項目と育児行動の苦痛内容を質問した．無記名自記式質問紙調査を郵送法で行った．月齢間の分析(1～4ヵ月，5～8ヵ月，9～12ヵ月)は一元配置分散分析を行った．多重比較にはTukey HSD法を用いた．有意水準は5%未満とした．高崎健康福祉大学研究倫理委員会(高健大倫第2823号)，及びA施設院長の承認を得た上で実施した．結果:有効回答144名(有効回答率67.9%)を分析対象とした．平均年齢31.8(SD±3.9)歳であった．初産婦は73名(50.7%)，経産婦は71名(49.3%)であった．育児行動への苦痛に思うことの内容について，月齢ごとに集計した結果，最も多かった苦痛の内容は，1～4ヵ月では授乳に関すること，5～8ヵ月では離乳食に関すること，9～12ヵ月でも離乳食に関することであった．一元配置分散分析を行った結果，産褥育児肯定感の各因子と月齢群にて有意差が認められたのは第1因子の「夫のサポートに対する認識」であった(p=.024)．有意差が認められた第1因子をさらに分析するため，Tukey
